At Micro Kickboard, we want you to love your ride, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all new and unused products in their original packaging. Whether you need a different color or a different model, we are committed to ensuring you find the perfect scooter for your lifestyle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused scooter and all original manuals in the original manufacturer's packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
